loody Account and Data Deletion

Buddy AI Labs, Inc. provides the loody app and lets users request deletion of their account or specific data without needing to sign in to this website.
Delete your loody account
In the loody app, open Settings and choose Delete Account. You can also submit the loody Account Deletion Request Form:
Deleting your account permanently deletes the account and personal data associated with it, except records we must retain for legal, payment, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution obligations. Those retained records are isolated, used only for those purposes, and deleted when the applicable retention period ends.
Delete specific data without deleting your account
Email support@loody.ai with the subject “loody data deletion request” and identify the data you want deleted. You may request deletion of chat history, images or audio content, health briefing summaries, calendar-derived data, or other account data. We may ask for reasonable information to verify that the request belongs to you. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
Controls available in the app
• Clear chat history: Settings > Clear Chat History
• Turn off the optional Morning Health Briefing: Scheduled Messages > Morning Health Briefing
• Disconnect health access: Settings > Health Connect, or revoke loody access directly in Health Connect
Health data retention
Health Connect records remain on your device. loody sends only aggregate step, sleep, and exercise totals needed for the requested response or enabled Morning Health Briefing. On-demand summaries may be cached for up to 15 minutes. Morning briefing summaries are encrypted while temporarily stored and automatically deleted within 36 hours, or earlier when you disable the feature. Health data is not sold or used for advertising.
